This website has been established to host the tools, libraries, documentation and other resources developed as part of an Australian National Data Service (ANDS) Trusted Data project focusing on Lattice Light-Sheet (LLS) microscopy data. This site is divided into three main sections:

1. Documentation and guidelines for LLS microscope users/operators in acquiring reproducible LLS datasets.
2. Documentation for installing and using the llsm ImageJ/Fiji plugins and command line tools for preprocessing LLS data.
3. Documentation for developers who are interested in using or contributing to the llsm libraries and tools for LLS data processing.

Note

llsm is pre-release software.
